Oslo Runway is proud to welcome Max Factor as our new official makeup partner, providing all makeup for the OSLRW fashion shows.

After five seasons of collaboration with L’Oréal Paris, the baton is passed to Max Factor, with Linda Wickmann as creative leader. “We look forward to being part of Oslo Runway, where fashion and trends are created. Linda Wickmann, Max Factor’s managing makeup artist in Norway, will help shape the creative expressions on the runway”, says Silje Grimstveit, senior Brand Manager at Max Factor Norway. Max Factor’s history in beauty dates back to 1920, and has since focused on innovation, craftsmanship and artistic expression. Founder Max Factor, wig maker and makeup artist to the stars, not only coined the term “makeup”, but invented the color harmony principle, coordinating make-up shades to complement the natural complexion, eye, and hair color. Max Factor believed every woman can be glamorous with the right makeup and the right tools. “We’re thrilled to have Max Factor as our new beauty partner.

With Linda Wickmann as creative leader, I’m confident she and the designers will challenge trends in fashion and cosmetics. L’Oréal Paris and Catherine Stabel have been key partners in building Oslo Runway, and we’re proud and grateful for their contributions”, says Ditte Kristiensen, Creative Director at Oslo Runway. “Oslo Runway has been an important and exciting project for L’Oréal Paris since its inception. It’s a partnership we’re proud of, that has spurred engagement and provided a creative universe for our makeup artists. After several years as main partner, we’ve decided to explore other projects, but we look forward to following Oslo Runway’s continued journey”, says Cathrine Stabel, PR Manager at L’Oréal Norway.
