Participationis confirmed only upon written confirmation from Oslo Runway and may also besubject to a separate written agreement.
Applicantsare responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate andcomplete.
6. Participation
Unlessotherwise agreed in writing, participants are responsible for:
Participatingbrands grant Oslo Runway a non-exclusive right to use their name, logo andpromotional material supplied by the participant for the purpose of promotingOslo Runway before, during and after the relevant event.
Thisdoes not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Programme Changes
OsloRunway reserves the right to amend programmes, schedules, venues, speakers,participants and event formats where reasonably necessary.
Unlessotherwise required by mandatory law or agreed in writing, Oslo Runway is notresponsible for costs incurred as a result of programme changes, postponements,cancellations or venue changes.
8.Photography and Media
OsloRunway may photograph and film its events. Such material may be used inaccordance with applicable law.
Byattending an Oslo Runway event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear inphotographs, video or other recordings.
OsloRunway may use such material for editorial, documentary, archival andpromotional purposes across its communication channels.
LEGALNOTE: This clause does not affect any copyright orownership rights held by photographers or other rights holders. Such rights aregoverned by separate agreements where applicable.
Accreditedmedia and third parties are responsible for ensuring that their own use ofphotographs, recordings and other content complies with applicable law and anyrelevant rights agreements.

TheWebsite may contain links to third-party websites or services.
OsloRunway is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices ofsuch third-party websites.
10.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TheseTerms are governed by Norwegian law.
Anydispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the ordinary courts ofNorway, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue, unless mandatory lawprovides otherwise.
