Our Off Schedule happenings contribute to an inspiring and vibrant city during Oslo Runway. We invite you to host happenings, showroom visits, parties, events, presentations, exhibitions, activities, and afterworks so that more people can enjoy the Oslo pulse at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, art and culture. Your event can take any form you'd like. Creativity is your only limit.

Joining in on the ORW26 Off Schedule program is a great opportunity for your brand to reach out to a new and broader audience in a more low-key way, or to simply hang out with your community.

This is the application form for the Off Schedule event program, running from August 30 to September 5 2026.
Applications close on August 11.

As a part of the Off Schedule program, your brand will be featured on the program on our website and promoted in our social media channels with an image of your choice. Happenings listed on the Off Schedule program can be by invitation only or open for everyone.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Anyone working within fashion or lifestyle, or at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, art and culture. Such as designers, artists, creators, brands, showrooms, agencies, stores, studios, galleries and educational institutions.

2026 KEY DATES
Applications to join Off Schedule will be reviewed and shortlisted by Oslo Runway.

Events on the Off Schedule Program will be announced as drops from June through August. We aim to give running feedback on applications, one week after the deadline at the latest.

ORW26 PRICING
*Please note that all event listings on the event program incur a listing fee.

The prices for the Off Schedule events, covering program listing and social media exposure, reflect the annual turnover of the participating brands.

Off Schedule fees:

• Student: 995 NOK

• < 5million NOK: 2.995 NOK

• 5-25 million NOK: 3.995 NOK

• 25+ million NOK: 4.995 NOK

*Prices are regardless of format, and regardless of the timespan of the event.

2026 PAYMENT TERMS

All brands included on the schedule are required to pay 100% of the schedule package fee in anticipation of Oslo Runway. All brands will receive an invoice no later than August 11 2026 that must be paid within 7 days. A criterion for participation is to strictly follow the payment terms.

*Invoices which remain unpaid will result in exclusion from the schedule.

**Please note, that in case a brand decides to cancel participation, this amount will not be reimbursed.
